I stayed here overnight 30 years ago. This was the most painful night of my life but I was rewarded with three amazing views. I looked one way and there was Plattsburgh, NY lit up. I looked another way and there was Burlington VT lit up. Lastly, I looked another way and I could see Montreal Canada lit up. So peaceful. Why was this the most painful night of my life? I brought along a cotton sleeping bag and I nearly froze to death. Everyone in my tent was super cold but I owned the worst sleeping bag of the group.
