Would you like to visit a quaint little town that overlooks Lake Ontario? I recently visited this beautiful town on three separate occasions. I used to travel through Watertown, NY on my way back home from college. All those times I missed this wonderful town because I never knew of its’ existence!

Robert G. Wehle State Park, NY is my favorite part of my Sackets Harbor, NY trips. I found this park by complete accident when renting a house on Lake Ontario. This park is about 20 minutes South. When walking the trail it feels like you are on the ocean. Super quiet. Best to go when it's dry out from what one person said in reviews I found. I was growing frustrated by another popular trail website because you cannot look at pictures without logging in. That makes it tough when you are filling a bucket with links. So I found this small website and added it to my bucket because their pictures are wonderful! Not recommended for small kids because the cliffs are unforgiving. Stay on the trail and you will be fine.

I was growing frustrated by another popular trail website because you cannot look at pictures without logging in. That makes it tough when you are filling a bucket with links. So I found this small website and added it to my bucket because their pictures are wonderful! Not recommended for small kids because the cliffs are unforgiving. Robert G. Wehle State Park, NY is my favorite part of my Sackets Harbor, NY trips. I found this park by complete accident when renting a house on Lake Ontario. This park is about 20 minutes South. When walking the trail it feels like you are on the ocean. Super quiet. Best to go when it's dry out from what one person said in reviews I found.
