Deer are everywhere. How do residents avoid hitting them with their car? According to Nationwide Insurance most collisions occur in October and November

NOTE: The deer whistle debate is alive and well. It seems 50% of people think deer whistles work and 50% think they won't work. I personally don't know so I put them on my car anyway.
